1. What this is

Green Sand Strategies is an educational and entertainment service: it displays statistics from a research trading model and lets you simulate trades with play money. It is not a broker, not an exchange, and no real orders, money, or securities are ever involved.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Signals are statistical artifacts of a research model that knows nothing about you. Markets lose people money; if you trade real money based on anything here, that is your decision and your risk alone. We are not a registered investment adviser and this service has not been reviewed by any regulator.

3. Data delays and accuracy

Free signals are delayed at least 15 minutes and pause outside NYSE market hours. Data may be wrong, stale, or unavailable at any time; the service is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind.

4. Accounts

One account per person; keep your passkey safe (we cannot recover it — you can register a new account). Paper-trade events are recorded as telemetry and may appear in aggregated statistics and derived data products, never individually. Abuse — automation against the app API, attempting to extract raw market data, interfering with the service — may result in account deletion.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to this free service is $0. You agree to hold us harmless from losses arising from your trading decisions.

6. Changes

These terms may change as the product grows (e.g. paid tiers); the effective date above moves when they do. Continued use is acceptance.
